Why Crowd Raised exists, and why some of us never really leave the scene behind.
Some people measure their lives in school years, jobs, or places they have lived.
A lot of us measure ours in shows.
The first small venue that felt bigger than an arena. The band that somehow understood exactly what you were going through. The friend you met while waiting in line who never really left your life. The summer planned around a festival lineup. The song that can still take you back the moment the first guitar hits.
For me, live music has never been something I simply attended. It has always been about connection, belonging, and the people who became family along the way.
That is where Crowd Raised comes from.
We Were Raised by More Than Music
The bands gave us the soundtrack, but the crowd helped shape who we became.
It was the friend who saved your spot. The stranger who picked you up when you fell. The people who drove hours for the same show, screamed the same words, and understood why being in that room mattered so much.
We did not just listen to the music.
We were raised by the crowd.
Years later, that part of us is still there. We have jobs, responsibilities, families, and calendars that require a little more planning than they used to. We request PTO when festival dates are announced. We may need more recovery time after a long weekend, but the playlists never changed.
We did not grow out of the scene. The scene grew with us.
Why I Created Crowd Raised
Crowd Raised is for the people who still carry those shows, songs, and friendships with them.
I wanted to create something we could wear that represented this part of our identity. Not just another piece of merchandise, but something that feels like it was made by someone who understands why these memories still matter.
The designs are inspired by loud rooms, long festival days, old playlists, inside jokes, and the realization that maybe it really was never a phase.
There is nostalgia in Crowd Raised, but the brand is not about trying to live in the past. It is about recognizing how the music and people from that time continue to shape us now.
The Crowd Should Belong to Everyone
As a wheelchair user, I also know the difference between being able to enter a space and actually feeling included in it.
Accessibility should never be an afterthought. Disabled fans should not have to feel separated from the energy, friendship, and community that make live music special.
That belief is part of Crowd Raised from the beginning.
When we say the pit is for everyone, it is more than a shirt idea. It represents the kind of community I want this brand to help build: one where people are seen, space is made, and everyone has the chance to feel like they belong.
This Is Only the Opening Act
Our first collection is called Opening Act because that is exactly what it is.
This is the beginning of a brand shaped by music, memories, humor, accessibility, and the people who make the scene feel like home. I want Crowd Raised to grow alongside the community it represents.
If you have ever walked into a loud room full of strangers and somehow felt at home, this was made for you.
If a playlist can still transport you back to the best nights of your life, this was made for you.
If the scene helped make you who you are, you are already part of this crowd.
Raised by music. Built for the crowd.
Welcome to Crowd Raised.
